All designs must be picked up in person in Lakeville, MN or delivery fees may apply.  Exchange notices will be sent via email. 1 design may be borrowed at a time. Design must be returned in satisfactory condition in order to replace. If design is not returned, remaining rentals are void. No refund for failure to use all rentals within designated time frame. Set up fee required. All designs are hand crafted and unique.  Imperfections and variations are a natural part of the product.    Please display out of direct sunlight.  Water is only needed with live greens.  
 
Basic Subscription dates are defaulted to begin the month after payment is received and will exchange bi-monthly.  Please contact us if you desire to alter your exchange dates.
